Party will continue work for poor and marginalized says PM Modi on BJP Foundation Day

New Delhi: Today is the 37th foundation day of Bhartiya Janta Party. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Party president Amit Shah has paid the tribute to the ideologist Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya in BJP headquarter in New Delhi. Narendra Modi also tweeted on twitter and congratulates party workers on the auspicious day and thanked people for their support. "On the Sthapana Diwas of @BJP4India, I congratulate the entire family of BJP Karyakartas working across the length and breadth of India."



We recall with pride the hardwork of generations of BJP Karyakartas who built the Party brick by brick with the endeavour to serve society.





On 6th April, 1980 BJP was founded 36 years ago, and till now its primary membership has been upgraded to 12 million. It is the country's largest political party in terms of representation in the national parliament and state assemblies, and it is the world's largest party in terms of primary membership says BJP on his website.

Party president Amit Shah also took to twitter said "भारतीय जनता पार्टी की विचारधारा, सुशासन एवं विकासनीति में निरंतर विश्वास प्रकट करने के लिए देश की जनता का हृदय से अभिनंदन"।.





The party has formed its government in year 2014 in Lok Sabha Election and after winning assembly election in 2017 from four out of five states Now, BJP rules in 16 states of the country.
