India successfully test-fired the 'Prithvi-II' missile which h is made in the country. On Friday morning at 9.56 o'clock from the Chandipur test range of Odisha, Prithvi-II missile fired by mobile launcher form launch complex-3 of the Integrated Test Range (ITR).
Official sources said that the ground-to-ground missile ranges up to 350 km. He said that the test of this very advanced missile was successful and the mission goals were met.
There are two propellers I Prithvi-II missile and it is capable of carrying 500 o 1,000 kilograms of weapons. It uses a state-of-the-art system to accurately target its goal.
Earlier on November 21, 2016, Prithvi-II missiles were tested again and again. This 9 meter long missile was included in the Indian Armed Forces in the year 2003. This is the first such missile that DRDO has developed under the Integrated Guided Missile Development Program.
