Rajasthan: Muslim man beaten by cow vigilantes in Rajasthan Alwar district, later 1 died due to beaten very bad by cow vigilantes. Police registered case against people smuggling cows & also over death of the man in Rajasthan.
The man who was transporting the animals from Bhror highway in Alwar came under attack of cow vigilants he was with 15 people when he being caught by gau rakshak.
The affiliation of Gau Rakshak is with Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal who stopped four vehicles loaded with animals alleged that they were animal smugglers. The vehicles were coming from Jaipur and were heading to Nuh district in Haryana.
Police has lodged case against the attackers after the death of Pehlu khan under section 302 (murder), 143(unlawful assembly), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 341 (wrongful restraint), 147 (destruction of property), 308 (culpable homicide) and 379 (theft).
Also the men who were being attacked by cow vigilants were booked under the Rajasthan Bovine Animals under act 1995.
