As India is among the third highest number of Obese people, 11% of adolescents and 20% of all adults. Indian Heart Association have been raising awareness of obesity which is a major risk factor for cardiovascular diseases. Its time to wake up and adopt the change in our lifestyle. Physical activities not only keeps you in shape but it enhances the limits of your body so you can enjoy leisure activities and makes you efficient in doing tasks well. Physical activities is essential to prevent and reduce risks of many diseases as: Heart disease, Stroke, Diabetes, High blood pressure, Obesity, Breast and Colon cancer, Osteoporosis. Health is a dynamic process because it is always changing. As our lifestyle changes so do our health. To attain optimal state of well being, a regular physical activity is required. Do not eat less, eat right is the mantra for healthy body. To which Mr Mayank Pal firmly believe that diet plays an important role in our lifestyle. In fitness 80% is our diet and 20% is our workout. This is true what we eat our body respond like that. Eating junk and unhealthy food invites fat and other health issues while restricting the diet with proteins body respond differently. He also says to keep up with the fitness routine on regular basis one should make it a habbit of 20 mins of full body workout.
