Dehradun :�This is the second sting video to have hit the Uttarakhand Congress.

The political fight in Uttarakhand, before the big floor test on Tuesday, had an interesting turn on Sunday.

�CM Harish Rawat, Madan Bisht, who is allegedly seen talking to Harak Singh Rawat and claiming that Harish Rawat has been paying Congress MLAs.

Reportedly, the sting video has been made by a private TV channel Samachar Plus editor-in-chief Umesh Kumar.

The CBI has already summoned former Uttarakhand chief minister in connection with the earlier sting operation.

The new sting which has appeared has given ammunition to the BJP and now they are seeking action against the former CM.

On the other hand, Harish Rawat has claimed that that his phones are being tapped and his MLAs are being threatened.

In the video, Harak Singh Rawat is heard asking Bisht how much did Rawat earn from the stone and sand mining, to which Bisht says that Rawat earned about Rs 27 crore from mining.

Meanwhile, leader of Opposition Ajay Bhatt has demanded CBI involvement and a narco test be conducted on the 12 MLAs.

National general secretary BJP Kailash Vijayvargiya has said that the matter will be taken to the Supreme Court. "Harish Rawat can go to any extent to save his chair, he is buying his own MLAs," he added.

BJP's Nalin Kohli reacted to teh matter, saying: "Harish Rawat has no support, they're resorting to illegal methods to get support."

Harish Rawat has claimed that his party will prove majority before the floor test scheduled on May 10.

During a press conference at Congress Bhawan, Rawat said that two bureaucrats on top positions are being blackmailed to act against of the party "to stop us to prove our majority".

"I've decided that after the result on May 10, we will wage a war against the blackmailers," Rawat said.

Meanwhile, Congress minister Kishore Upadhyay said: �A person from Madhya Pradesh is polluting the political climate in Uttarakhand.�

�We've a written a letter to MP CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan to call Kailash Vijayvargiya back to Indore,� he added.(Video Samachar Plus)
